Stress is a common occurrence for many of us. Stress is a part of life. Our lifestyles often are too much, too fast these days which leads to chronic nervous system dysregulation and burnout. Stress is a problem when it is chronic, overwhelming, or when we don’t have good stress management tools.

The mindfulness, resource-based movement practice of Open Floor International is one of the best ways, I know to release stress, and allow the body to self-regulate. Stress typically comes with muscle tension and physical body symptoms, so it makes sense to move your body to release stress, right?

Come join us to release tension and claim joy at Forestville Vines on June 2, 2024 from 11-1pm for Open Floor Moving Meditation + Patio Social. Pre-registration is required. In a confidential group setting, we’ll practice Open Floor Moving Meditation, a practice you can continue at home to help discharge and manage stress.

Feel free to contact Cori Hildebrandt, MA, LPC WI, LPCC MN, Open Floor Teacher with any questions.

P.S. Another great way to release stress is via Brainspotting!
