Happy 2nd Anniversary Coriander Living Collective!

Is it a coincidence that my 2nd Anniversary blog post is my 100th blog post?! I think probably not! 😉

It is with a grateful and happy heart that I announce Coriander Living Collective’s 2nd Anniversary! This business that I’ve built with the support of many, and the trust of even more people, has afforded me a meaningful vocation, and the freedom and lifestyle flexibility that my soul craved for so many years!

Thank you to my clients, family, friends, fellow business owners, mentors, and all the participants that show up at Coriander Living Collective’s workshops and retreats! I am lucky to have you in my life!

I continue to offer individual psychotherapy and counseling sessions via telehealth for clients ages 14+ in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I am awed by the human spirit’s drive to overcome and find integration and wholeness. I am honored to offer the brain-body based modalities of Brainspotting and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapyto clients for deep healing. I support a local law enforcement agency by being part of their Officer Wellness Program. I continue to offer workshops, retreats, and classes as auxiliary services.

This past year, I started my teacher-in-training program with the resource based, mindful movement and embodiment practice of Open Floor International. I am impressed by Open Floor’s philosophies and believe in their mission. I am working on building awareness and offering practice classes so you can experience Open Floor in the St. Croix Valley! I’d love to see you at a future workshop or retreat! I have several things booked for this fall and winter.

In June, I “retired” from my work with the Hastings School District. This will be the first time in 10 years that I am not returning to do some sort of school-based work. I will miss being part of a school community and being with students and educators. I have utmost respect for all that educators do to nurture our children.

As I look to this coming year, I plan to expand Coriander Living Collective’s ability to serve clients by adding a select additional therapist. I got my Minnesota supervisor’s license a few months ago, and plan to take on a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor supervisee. I am honored that I was invited to apply to join Abundant Yoga Community’s Board of Directors and I hope to serve their mission of “Yoga is for everyone. Yoga changes lives. Community is everything.”

To life well lived! Onwards and upwards!
