What’s your relationship with writing? When was the last time you picked up a pen or pencil with paper and wrote honestly, messy, or creatively, without judgment or editing? When did someone last read outloud to you and you listened not only with your ears, but with your heart?

“You can’t use up creativity. The more you use the more you have.” ― Maya Angelou

Come test the waters with this spontaneous, in-person writing workshop, INNER WELL, OUTER WORD on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Tell me that is not an amazing name?! 🙂

“Drink from the well of your self and begin again.” ― Charles Bukowski

No writing experience necessary. Expect a small group of engaging, supportive, non-writers and writers. Directed prompts and writing exercises. A sense of connection and support. We write and listen to be seen and known.

Group process, experiential exercises, and creativity may help with stress, anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, chronic illness, social/interpersonal skills, low self-esteem, and vocational difficulties. Consider joining for connection, fun, or just to try something new!

“I can shake off everything as I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn.” ― Anne Frank
