Anniversary NUMBER THREE for Coriander Living Collective!

It’s anniversary NUMBER THREE for Coriander Living Collective (CLC)! The curiousness of life continues to amaze me. I am blessed to have so many wonderful clients, supporters, and colleagues. I am grateful to have the capacity to own and manage my own business, and to be able to positively impact the lives of others.

Every day, I continue to see the power of living our lives with intention, encouraging connection to all aspects of self, prioritizing meeting our basic needs well (water, sleep, nutritious diet), and accessing the great resources of movement, nature, and connection frequently. I am convinced these are the foundational building blocks needed to cultivate wellness.

With the addition of licensed clinical social worker, Stephanie Larson, MSW in December 2022, CLC has been able to expand their ability to serve clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin! We are honored to have Steph as part of our team. Here is a message from her:

“Hello Everyone! Thanks for checking in and finding out what has been going on at CLC. I would like to take a moment of gratitude and acknowledge the work I've been able to do at CLC over the past nine months and the progress I've seen in my clients. It is so rewarding to walk this path with others and witness both the small and large steps toward wellness. I continue to have some space for new clients. Please share about the services provided at CLC if you think you know someone who might benefit. I am also grateful for being trained in Brainspotting and look forward to Phase 2 training in late September. This modality has proven to be very powerful for clients and a nice adjunct to the work we do at CLC. I hope you consider exploring the Open Floor classes that Cori will be hosting this Fall. Tell your friends to give it a try too. I plan to be there as a learner and am excited to experience another body-based healing practice. Wishing you a beautiful Fall full of color and positive shift.”

I continue to offer individual psychotherapy and counseling sessions via telehealth for clients ages 14+ in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I do a lot of Brainspotting and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. The client outcomes are profound.

I still support a local law enforcement agency by being part of their Officer Wellness Program, serve on Abundant Yoga Community’s Board of Directors, and teach Self-Brainspotting classes. After taking a school year off, I am returning to the Hastings, MN School District as part of their Employee Assistance Program. My Open Floor International teacher-training program will cumulate in 2024, and upon graduation, I will be the FIRST Open Floor Teacher in Wisconsin! The richness of Open Floor International’s curriculum blows my mind.

I continue to facilitate Open Floor workshops, retreats, and classes as auxiliary services. One of my favorite parts of hosting these is collaborating with other local business owners! Come join us, offerings are scheduled through 2024! Follow CLC on Facebook or LinkedIn to be in the know about new offerings!

CLC hosts a blog and we have invited area business owners to write guest posts on “Defining: A Life Well Lived.” Check them out here! I find it fascinating how each author defines a life well lived. I plan to continue to run these guest blog posts, please contact me if you would be interested in writing one.

As I look to the coming year, I hope to expand the full-day and overnight retreat options that CLC offers along with a wider variety of Open Floor International workshops. If the right couples or child therapist came along, CLC would be open to exploring adding additional therapists. We are always open to feedback, questions, ideas, and connection. Just reach out! Onwards and upwards! -cori
