Come allow yourself space on 40 acres of woods, fields, and flowers to deeply connect with yourself, nature, and others.

What to Expect: You’ll be guided through a meditation and movement experience using Open Floor principles near the pines and peaceful pond at Two Bees & A Bud Flower Farm. We’ll explore the body resource of spatial awareness, the space around you, how to offer space to others, and how to claim space for yourself.

We’ll then refresh with a custom curated floral essence sparkling beverage, grab flower snips that are provided, and then mosey through fields of flowers, where you will pick your own bouquet of posies to take home to brighten your space!

Come allow yourself to be present to what’s moving in and around you, draw support from the ground beneath you, and deeply connect with yourself, nature, and others.

What to Expect: You’ll be guided through a 60 minute meditation and movement experience using Open Floor principles on the old schoolhouse lawn with the grapevines watching at Forestville Vines Winery.

We’ll then refresh with a wine spritzer on the patio. Live music is scheduled to start at 1pm and pizzas will be available for order. Stay and hangout if you like!
